SHIPPING POLICY
ADDRESS ACCURACY: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is placed with a name and verifiable address to ensure successful delivery.
THIRD PARTY FEES: Customer is responsible for all fees associated with importing which may include brokerage, clearance, duty, taxes. These fees are separate from the total cost of goods and shipping charges purchased through Oopsie Daizee's site. Any refused or undelivered international packages will be considered abandoned, and no refund or credit will be provided, no exceptions.
CUSTOMS SEIZURE: If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs, Oopsie Daizee will not issue customer a refund or credit unless all products are returned in their original condition. In the event the package is returned by Customs, Customer is still responsible for any shipping charges and taxes.
DELIVERY ISSUES: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department or postal service in your country. We do not file postal claims to recover postage for late packages and regret that we are not able to offer refunds due to carrier delays or mistakes outside of our control.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable, having an improper or incomplete address, having not been collected at the pickup point, customs, refusal, or any other reason, we will provide you with the option to reship. Reshipment will require payment of the additional costs to ship the order a second time. If you choose not to reship the item, we will refund your payment less a 25% restocking fee, the original cost of shipping (even if noted as free), and any return shipping fees by the carrier.
If the reason for return was due to a mistake made by us (this does not include carrier issues - we are not liable for carrier issues) we will provide you with a refund or replacement at our discretion.
RETURNS POLICY
NO RETURNS: Oopsie Daizee does not accept returns of pacifiers, which are not suitable for return due to health and/or hygiene reasons.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED ITEM: In the event that you received a wrong/damaged/defective item you must contact us at ops@oopsiedaizee.com within 1 week after the product has been received and provide proof of the damaged or defective product.
30 DAY GUARANTEE: All pacifiers are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. To receive compensation for defective products, you MUST send us proof of the defect and hold onto the contents and original packaging for examination. If we are unable to determine the defect through photo or video proof, you may be required to ship back the pacifier, and if confirmed defective, we will compensate for both the product and return shipping fees.
If it is determined that the damage was not due to defects in materials or workmanship, we can offer instructions on how to repair it yourself.
PAYMENTS POLICY
CHARGEBACKS: Chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent closure of your account and banning of your IP from the website. An additional charge of $75 for every chargeback made will be added to your invoice and forwarded to collections if not paid within 30 days.
